We accept all major cards including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit card payments. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please contact us.

Absolutely. We do not store or retain any of your financial details entered, during the payment process.
WHEN AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED
Subject to stock availability, all orders are dispatched as soon as the payment has been debited and cleared from your account.
Full tracking is available on all UK orders (apart from prints and greeting cards), with an expected delivery time of 3 - 5 working days when sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, and within 3 days via courier.
Full tracking is available on all International orders of £40 or more, with an expected delivery time of 7 - 10 working days.
Due to COVID19 and the additional health and safety measures now in place, our deliveries are taking longer to reach you.
Please be assured that we are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as we can.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return most items bought from our website as long as you do so within 28 days and the items reach us in a resellable condition – unwashed, unworn (except for the purposes of trying on) and where appropriate with the original tags attached. This is in addition to your right to cancel which is detailed in the next section.
For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of socks or jewellery items that have been customised or personalised.
We have no obligation to refund or exchange any item if it is on the list above or is returned outside of the advertised returns period. In those circumstances, we will typically send the item or items back to you and expect you to meet the postage costs.
Subject to stock availability, exchanges for faulty items only, can be made on all International, EU and UK orders.
We are happy to exchange it for the same item, however if an item is out of stock at the time of the exchange being processed, a full refund will be issued.
If you decide to exchange your faulty item for a completely different style, we ask that you place a new order, and If you need your exchange in a hurry, we also suggest you place a new order and send back the faulty item for a refund.
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL/CHANGE MY ORDER
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched – usually 24 hours. In the event that it has already been dispatched, please return it to us in it's original condition and packaging, within 14 days for a full refund excluding delivery costs. UNLESS a product is faulty, please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back including any additional delivery charges should you want a replacement.
LOST PARCELS & PACKAGES
In the rare event that your order does not arrive by the expected delivery date indicated on your tracking, please get in touch with us within 14 days so that we can investigate it’s whereabouts with our couriers.
Please note that claims raised after the 14 days grace period, will not automatically qualify for a refund/exchange, but will be investigated on an individual basis.

WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN
We want to keep our carbon foot print to an absolute minimum, and will use cardboard packaging for our coffee mugs and other recyclable material wherever possible, whilst always ensuring that your order is securely shipped. Please dispose of responsibly.
All product descriptions and colours are given as accurately as possible. Please consider this when viewing items on your smart phone, tablet or computer screen.

By using your Makemeavailable.com eGift card, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, so we recommend that you read them carefully. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the law of your country/region of residence.
PURCHASING A eGIFT CARD
You can purchase eGift cards online at Makemeavailable.com ONLY. Once the transaction has been made a unique code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of ordering.

REDEEMING A eGIFT CARD
You can use your eGift card online at Makemeavailable.com. You cannot exchange your eGift card balance for cash or use the balance of the eGift card to purchase another eGift card.
All purchases made with eGift cards are subject to the acceptance of our Terms of Sale for online purchasing. You acknowledge that you have carefully read such Terms of Sale and agree to fully comply with them. Upon redemption, any unused balance will be carried over for future purchases and will not be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
Your Makemeavailable.com eGift card has no expiry date.

MULTIPLE PAYMENT METHODS
The total order value for products purchased online with a eGift card includes (i) the price of the product(s), (ii) value-added tax where applicable and (iii) delivery charges where applicable. If the order total is more than the balance on your eGift card, the remaining sum must be paid for by another accepted payment method or another eGift card.
The eGift card balance will immediately be reduced following purchase.
REFUNDS FOR PURCHASES MADE WITH A eGIFT CARD
If you return a product originally purchased with a eGift card, any refund due to you will be returned to the eGift card used or to a new eGift card where the original eGift card cannot be located.
If you return a product originally purchased with multiple eGift cards, the total refund due will be returned to the most recently purchased eGift card.
If you return a product originally purchased with multiple payment methods, any refund due will first be refunded to the credit or debit card used in the original transaction, up to the original amount due to that payment method. The remaining balance of any refund will be transferred to the eGift card used or to a new eGift card where the original eGift card cannot be located.
You have the right to cancel your Makemeavailable.com eGift card within 14 working days of receipt provided that you have not used the eGift card. In case of cancellation, we will refund the amount of the eGift card to the original payment method used during ordering within 30 days of cancellation.
LOST OR STOLEN eGIFT CARDS
If it is lost or stolen, we cannot replace your Makemeavailable.com eGift card without proper proof of purchase. Makemeavailable cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Makemeavailable.com eGift card as a result of theft or fraud.
Makemeavailable reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders where it is deemed necessary to do so, for example for suspected fraud, cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of eGift card policies.
