              How do I place an order?

Shopping is easy. Browse by product, add items to your basket and follow the prompts at checkout. 

Can I place an order by email?
No problem. Please email: sales@makemeavailable.com for help with completing your order.

How do I pay?

We accept all major cards including: Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit card payments. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer or cheque, please contact us.

Is it safe to shop at MAKEMEAVAILABLE.com?

Absolutely. We do not store or retain any of your financial details entered, during the payment process.

When and how will my order by delivered?

Subject to stock availability, all orders are dispatched as soon as the payment has been debited and cleared from your account. This means a UK delivery time of  3 - 5 working days when sent 2nd class via Royal Mail, and within 3 days via courier service myhermes.

For our international customers, please expect your order within 7 - 10 working days.

Due to COVID19 and the additional health and safety measures now in place, our deliveries are taking longer to reach you. 

Please be assured that we are working hard to get your orders to you as soon as we can.

          I've changed my mind and    
          would like to
cancel/exchange
          my order?     

You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched – usually 24 hours. In the event that it has already been dispatched, please return it to us in it's original condition and packaging, within 14 days for a full refund excluding delivery costs. UNLESS a product is faulty, please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back including any additional delivery charges should you want a replacement.

What are the delivery costs?
Clicking on the shipping method at checkout will give you the correct delivery rate for your item(s) with:
FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS £75 AND OVER
International and EU customers are responsible for custom duty, clearance charges, port handing and/or delivery charges from the port of entry. Please contact sales@makemeavailable.com if you need further information.

I'd like to change my delivery address
That’s fine. Please ensure any changes to your delivery address are made as soon as possible by sending an email to: sales@makemeavailable.com or using the contact form.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?
We want to keep our carbon foot print to an absolute minimum, and will use cardboard packaging for our coffee mugs and other recyclable material wherever possible, whilst always ensuring that your order is securely shipped. Please dispose of responsibly.
