I'll never forget May 2nd, 2022.
Little did I know I'd be faced with my baby dying and having to watch her body being taken away.
I had a hard time grasping what had happened and shortly after my relationship came crashing down leaving me to heal alone.
On this day I sent out a loud painful cry to God that came from the depth of my soul praying that if he would heal me, I would become his Kingdom Ambassador spreading the gospel, restoring faith, and empowering others.
“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit” Psalm 34: 17-18
I felt such a powerful presence and formed a stronger relationship with God, also finally and truly discovering my true identity in Christ.
Because of him I gained new strength, joy, peace, understanding, and the assignment to start my first ever devotional that stated to walk by faith and not by sight. This also became the slogan to my Jasmine's JoyfulDevotionals website to mark the beginning of my journey of faith.
I believe we were all placed on this earth to thrive not to just survive. Embracing the Kingdom culture has not only brought many blessings into my life, but made me a light to help lead others out of the darkness to reach their prophetic destiny as well!
“He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us” 2 Corinthians 1:4
